A coach is a supportive travel companion on your journey. Your coach will help you uncover which direction you want to head, and how to move forward, whilst navigating life's inevitable challenges. Your coach will challenge you to think and do things in new ways. By providing a supportive and trusting environment, you are invited to engage, experiment and explore.
Usually a couple of coaching sessions are enough to get you on track towards figuring out what you want and how to get there.
We will be using a number of evidence-based tools including focusing on solutions, goals, strengths and mindfulness, all of which have been shown to be very effective.
